There are three core components to the framework, which you won’t find anywhere else (and not a tedious Word document in sight):

The Workshop

The workshop is a short session involving us and your senior management team. We’ll discuss your organisation’s goals and current digital situation to build a picture of where you are and where you want to be. We’ll also brainstorm some Digital Initiatives—opportunities to help you grow and prosper.

The Action Plan

Now that we have a clear picture of your goals, we can start to describe how we’re going to reach them. Using an algorithm designed for your business, the Action Plan prioritises your Digital Initiatives according to cost, benefit and feasibility. You’ll be given a list of actions, an idea of who will complete them, and a timeline for delivery.

The Focus Map

The final component of our framework is the Focus Map. This takes the priorities identified in the Action Plan and shows you where to focus your efforts for maximum return—all using your unique prioritisation metrics.
