How it works

Our Strategy Service in Action

Creating a strategy begins with understanding both your ambitions and the hurdles that are in the way. This ensures that our solutions are relevant, focused, and future-proof. 

We do this in three steps:

  • 1. The Workshop

    We run a strategy workshop to discuss your organisation’s goals and current digital situation. This builds a picture of where you are and where you want to be. We’ll also brainstorm some opportunities to help you grow and prosper.

     

  • 2. The Action Plan

    With a clear picture of your goals, we’ll come up with the digital steps on how to achieve them. How? We’ve designed an algorithm to prioritise cost, benefit and feasibility. You’ll be given a list of actions and a timeline for delivery.

     

  • 3. The Focus Map

    The final component of our strategy service is the Focus Map. This takes the priorities identified in the Action Plan and shows you where to focus your efforts for maximum return, all using your unique prioritisation metrics.
